Why Ginger Is On The Top Of My Herb List
"Ginger is a well known herb and a personal favorite of mine. It’s actually one of the most commonly consumed dietary herbs in the world, and has been used for thousands of years for colds, nausea, arthritis, and migraines just to name a few conditions1. With a pungent and spicy taste, it can be integrated into many dishes to add taste and flavor to your meal. On top of that, it has extraordinary healing properties and it should integrated into our diet when needed. So I decided to dedicate this post to the magnificent uses of ginger in hopes of inspiring future ginger maniacs."

Apple Butter
It's hard to find any apple butter, let alone good apple butter in the grocery store these days. Making apple butter is a great way to preserve the fruits of an apple harvest. In contrast to what the name implies, there is no "butter" in apple butter. The name comes from its smooth and buttery texture. Apple butter is delicious on buttered toast.Top 10 Grilled Vegetable Recipes

My family loved this recipe. The seasonings enhanced the flavor of the fresh vegetables. I will make this recipe often.

Yellow Emperors Guide to Energy Medicine
This classic text, HuangDi Nei Jing is the basis for much theory of our medicine and is recognized as the earliest text documented on traditional acupuncture and moxibustion theory. The Chinese are often fond of destroying everything from the predeceasing dynasty. So it is very likely that nothing documented predates this text.
Energy Medicine manipulates “qi” or our bodies natural energy and helps to tonify deficiency, sedates excess, and removes stagnation. Hot and cold sensations cleared, cooled, warmed and harmonized for homeostasis, yin and yang properly balancing throughout your body through dynamic equilibrium.
